We are excited to be fully onboard with UPS, so now you won’t have to drive all the way to Medford to ship via UPS or drop off your UPS returns with a barcode label!

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot process returns with a QR-only code. We can accept returns with a barcode label only, and in most cases, with Amazon & USPS returns, we can gladly assist you in obtaining the correct one. Direct TV, Charter, Dish Network, and Spectrum equipment returns are also only able to be accepted at the franchise UPS stores unless they have a return barcode shipping label provided by the company that they are being returned to.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. These are proprietary agreements between those companies and UPS. Our hope is that this will change in the near future, allowing us to provide the convenient service that all of our customers deserve.
