The Best Is Yet to Come!

February has begun with a flurry of excitement, both in terms of the weather and activities around town! With snow days and some unpredictable weather patterns, the Eagle Point Community has certainly had an interesting start to the month. However, that hasn’t stopped the residents from coming together to make February special in its own way.
One highlight is the Main Street Coffee Shop, which is filling the air with love this season. If you haven’t had a chance to stop by, you’re missing out on a delightful Valentine’s Day display that will surely put you in a romantic mood. The coffee shop has transformed its cozy space with festive decorations, heart-shaped treats, and warm drinks perfect for the season. Whether you’re enjoying a hot mocha or picking up a sweet gift for a loved one, the charm of Main Street Coffee Shop is a beautiful reminder of the love and spirit that enrich our community. I start every day with a cup of coffee from JOJO, the owner of Main Street Coffee Shop.
In other news, the Eagle Point School District is navigating the month with some unique weather tales. After experiencing a few snow days, it seems that winter is still holding on tight. Nevertheless, there’s plenty of activity on the horizon. With the unpredictable weather, we’re reminded of the importance of staying connected and engaged in our community. Be sure to download the EPSD9 App and visit our Facebook pages frequently to stay updated on important information. You can find exciting stories about EPSD9 students and staff in our monthly EPSD9 Community Newsletters and on our District Instagram @eaglepointsd9.
Looking ahead, we have some engaging mixers and upcoming events planned. From local markets to celebrations, there’s always something to enjoy. Make it a priority to support the businesses and activities that help keep our community strong!
It’s also never too early to start planning for the Fourth of July! This year promises to be just as exciting as ever, and the EP Chamber is already seeking sponsors to help make it a memorable day. This annual event will feature fireworks, food, fun, and more – and we can’t wait to share it with all of you. If you or your business would like to support this incredible community event, please reach out to info@eaglepointchamber.org. We’re counting on your generosity and involvement to make this year’s celebration even bigger and better.
Thank you all for being such an integral part of what makes our community shine. Stay warm, stay safe, and stay engaged – the best is yet to come!
