Ribbon Cutting: There will be a ribbon cutting event Monday December 17th at 10 am for Pizza Schmizza Pub and Grub. Make sure to take the time over the holidays to come out and support Eagle Point’s newest restaurant.
Next Chamber General Meeting: Monday January 7th at the Ashpole Center. Guest speaker will be the EPUR Chamber, covering the state of the chamber as well as outlining the chamber events for 2013, ‘meet and greet’ socials, the annual dinner, and committee volunteers.
PremierWest Bank Contest: Your votes are needed. Two Upper Rogue volunteers have been nominated for the ‘Holiday Edition’ of PremierWest Bank’s Community Star Award. You might recall, just over a month ago Skip Geear won the ‘Veterans Edition’ and $1,500 for the Wood House Foundation! This time Bryce Thornton and Kathy Sell that have been nominated. Bryce the young Boy Scout that gathers local products for care packages and sends them to our troops overseas. Kathy, nominated for her dedicated work making sure that families can experience a better Christmas with Santa’s Shop. Butte Creek Mill Bonfire: Saturday December 22nd at 6 pm is the first ‘Bonfire at the Mill’ hot drinks, holiday treats signing your favorite Christmas carols by the bonfire. This promises to be a special evening.
Essential Home Décor: The store has been transformed into a ‘Winter Wonderland’ the themed Christmas trees are a must see along with several unique and one of a kind ornaments to add to your Christmas ornament collection.
