Have a Worn and Tattered American Flag? Let the Young Marines Retire It Properly on Saturday, May 18th
The Camp White Young Marines will hold a Flag Retirement Ceremony and Community Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 18th at 11:00 am at the White City VA Baseball Fields in White City, Oregon. As a service to the community, the unit will dispose of and retire American Flags properly and respectfully.
Preceding the ceremony, the Camp White Young Marines unit of White City will hold a community pancake breakfast beginning at 9:30am at the same location as long as supplies last. The breakfast is free, but donations will be gladly accepted. For veterans, a resource booth will be available.
This event is sponsored by South Oregon Goodwill and presented by Camp White Young Marines.
