Greetings from the Eagle Point & Upper Rogue Chamber of Commerce:
As a member of the Upper Rogue Chamber and a resident, I am proud of the leadership our Chamber brings to our community. There are so many things happening and opportunities for business as well as activities for residents.
If you are a local business, please consider joining the Chamber. Our organization has grown rapidly in the last two years and our voice is respected in our community. The Chamber meets twice a month. On the first Friday of each month, we have lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00. We usually meet Eagle Point City Hall. We are currently supporting a summer snack program for local children. Please consider donating either financially, or with your time, to the Eagle Point and Upper Rogue Summer Snack Program between 12:00 and 1:00 in Centennial Plaza. I would also like to bring your attention to the D9 Foundation which is a non-profit all- volunteer organization dedicated to providing scholarships for every graduating student in Eagle Point School District. Our school district boundaries include Shady Cove and White City graduate. Fundraising is vitally important to keeping the scholarships coming to our students.
This year the ‘D9 Foundation Weekend’ will be September 9th & 10th at the Eagle Point Golf Club. The Dinner and Auction will be held on the 9th and the Golf Tournament will be held on the 10th. The D9 Foundation is currently seeking sponsors and donors for both the auction and tournament. If you are considering forming a golf team for the tournament or making a contribution for the auction, please contact the Foundation at D9Foundation@gmail.com
