Rogue Valley Sewer Services

RVSS provides sanitary sewer service to the cities of Jacksonville, Talent, Phoenix, Central Point, Eagle Point and Shady Cove as well as some of the unincorporated areas of Jackson County, including White City. Portions of West and North Medford are also served. We provide stormwater quality service to the cities of Phoenix, Talent, and some of the unincorporated area around these cities, including White City. By way of an intergovernmental agreement effective August 1, 2011, RVSS operates and maintains the sewers and waste water reclamation facility for the City of Shady Cove. On July 1, 2017, RVSS entered into an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Gold Hill to operate and maintain their sewers and waste water reclamation facility. On November 6, 2018, the citizens of Shady Cove voted to annex to Rogue Valley Sewer Services effective July 1, 2019.
