About Sausha Davis – Sales Mama School
Sausha Davis is the founder of Sales Mama School, a business coaching company that teaches entrepreneurs how to sell authentically and scale sustainably. Since 2017, she’s been helping business owners ditch hustle culture and outdated marketing tactics to build successful businesses that honor their values and fit their lives.
Her approach centers around a personality-based selling system that helps entrepreneurs understand their buyers personality and close more sales by leading with authenticity instead of pressure. Sales Mama School offers multiple coaching programs for entrepreneurs at different stages of growth.
Before launching her business, Sausha spent seven years at a therapeutic horseback riding nonprofit where she helped raise multiple six figures annually and coordinated volunteers for weekly programs. She’s traditionally educated in sales, marketing and psychology along with years of corporate sales experience, giving her a unique perspective that bridges nonprofit fundraising, corporate structures, and entrepreneurial scaling.
Sausha has worked with clients across the world including Canada, Australia, Denmark, and Poland, from diverse backgrounds, races, and religions. She’s been building deep connections in Southern Oregon’s business community since 2021 and is passionate about supporting local businesses, ranches, and farmers. She’s actively involved with local leadership organizations and believes in lifting the community that supports her family.
When she’s not coaching clients or creating content, Sausha is raising four young kids on a ranch, riding horses, and writing her next book. She operates with strict boundaries, closing her laptop at 2pm daily for family time, proving that ambitious business growth and present parenting aren’t mutually exclusive.
Sales Mama School exists to show business owners there’s another way to build and scale, one conversation and one authentic sale at a time.
