Special After Hours Mixer and Flag Day Ceremony Friday June 14th: Join the Eagle Point Upper Chamber Friday June 14th from 5:30 to 7:30 for a special dedication to the Vietnam War Plaque at Harnish Wayside. A meet and greet gathering will begin at 5:30 pm. A short dedication ceremony will be led by Darryl Ferrell and CW Smith, followed by an invocation by Jerry Zieman. We will then be entertained by the singing of a patriotic choir. After the dedication the burgers will be flipping and the dogs will be turning. Not only is this going be a great time to show thanks for the brave men and women who serve our country, but it will be an opportunity to meet fellow chamber and community members that help make our community thrive. Do you have a favorite side dish to cook? If so prepare and bring it to share. We look forward to seeing you all on this special night.

Father’s Day Brunch: The Prospect Historic Hotel and Dinner House is having a special brunch and dinner in honor of dad, as is the Rogue River Lodge. Make your reservations today.

Spam Festival June 29th: This year’s event will take place on the “Famous Rogue River” at the Jackson County’s Upper Rogue Regional Park, in Shady Cove. For all the information on the days fun events just click here: 

Next General Meeting July 8th: Because of the 4th of July we will be having ourGeneral Meeting on Monday July 8th. It will be at The Ashpole Center from 12 noon to 1 pm. Our lunch hosts will be our friends from Cascade Community Pool. Make plans to be there.

As business owners and individuals we do have some control over our local economy. This summer let’s use that control. One more stop! If we could get every visitor who stops at a shop to stop at ONE more shop that they wouldn’t have, what would that do to our economy? So ambassadors, let’s make that our goal, ONE more stop.
