October is all about the beer and German cuisine. We will focus on pairing of foods and different styles of beer.
Sue Cary, an experienced culinary professional who has established six cooking schools, will teach the classes in the main dining room from 12 pm to 2 pm. Learn kitchen basics, the history behind regional cuisines, fun facts, and watch Sue as she demonstrates preparation of each dish. Attendees will have the opportunity to try the foods at the end of each class and will have class recipes as well as additional recipes to take home!
