The presentation will include the history of earlier translations, including the Latin Vulgate, and the source of conflict that lead to this particular version. The presentation will include English history, amusing anecdotes and give attendees a sense of being part of the bigger picture of history. The presentation will include a short video and power point photos. Also on display is some of Mr. Pruett’s collection of antique Bibles and King James Bible artifacts. There is also a scale model of the Gutenberg Press built by Mr. Pruett with an explanation of its impact on history.
