With April right around the corner, your Eagle Point & Upper Rogue Chamber of Commerce has been working hard to support its members, as well as promote the Upper Rogue region. Tourism season is upon us, and our local businesses are getting ready for the flood of visitors to our region, especially to participate in our Chamber’s signature events including the Vintage Faire in May and the annual 4th of July events.
This is also a good time to highlight the work your local Chamber has been doing to support the Upper Rogue. The Chamber Board has dedicated resources to improve the visibility of businesses in our region with the revamping and mass distribution of the Chamber’s Upper Rogue tourism map, with over 10,000 copies being distributed. Also, Chamber leaders have been working hard to build partnerships with larger organizations, like the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, and key communities in our region. These partnerships only build a stronger network of resources and support for our Chamber members.
Chamber Members have a great resource in the local Chamber, one that works for them and keeps them connected to the needs of our unique Upper Rogue communities. Look for more information coming soon on the new Chamber Mixer in April, as well as make plans to attend the wildly popular monthly Chamber luncheons.
Thank you to all of you who are members of the Chamber, and if you are not a member, now is the perfect time to join! Be part of the grassroots effort to make the Upper Rogue a thriving business community.
