NOTICE– due to safety issues we will need the vendors (NOT food trucks- they can’t drive up on the sidewalk and most of them won’t fit) to be set up on the SIDEWALK. Pedestrians like to watch the parade (from 11am-12pm, they will set up about 10/10:30ish), if you’re on the road, it pushes the parade tighter on the main road and could cause potential injuries. We will monitor the people setting up chairs and have them in the bike lane, so people can still shop until the parade starts. Once the parade is over, everyone takes their chairs and leaves. We really appreciate your understanding around this and look forward to another amazing year!
You will receive a map the day before the 4th, showing your location!

Booth size is 12' X 12'. You will be phoned or emailed with your booth space and location.

Rules: 

  • Booth size is 12’ X 12’. If you need more space, you’ll need to purchase it.
  • American Flags placed by the EP Flag Committee must remain in place at all times.
  • Booths must be manned and operative by 9 AM on July 4.
  • Booth construction/placement may be started at 7 AM on July 4th.
  • Booths must be dismantled and removed by 5 PM, July 4th.
  • Booth locations will be marked and vendors will be notified of their placement via e-mail. (map)
  • If you are a returning vendor, we will try to give you space in the same location as last year.
  • Commercial grade electrical cords to access power sources must be provided by vendors. All electrical outlets are 120-volt.
  • Trash receptacles must be provided by vendors.
  • If you serve food or beverages of any kind, you must contact the Health Dept to ensure you are in compliance with temporary restaurant regulations. 541-774-8206.
